Don't Fly Delta (Part 2)

Four days and still no suitcase. At this point, I've come to accept this whole debacle as an opportunity to distance myself from the trappings of material belongings--and to compose a lengthy and strongly-worded email of complaint (currently 1,000 words and counting). Some samples of the type of language I'm employing: "my great disappointment," "I was bewildered by the lack of care," "a singularly negative experience," and "disdain bordering on contempt exhibited by so many of your employees."
